Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!!!!Just finished making tikka marsala and boy was it good, sorry I didn't get a photo, but there's one on the recipe page.
Well aside from that not much else is new with me . . . Tomorrow night is "Girls Night" at my friend Emie & Julie's flat - Susan & I are going to go over for a bit, after Gareth's birthday drinks in Holborn. I think Saturday night Amanda, Heather, Susan & I are going to Borough Market then dinner back here at my flat.
Okay, off to get ready for bed - really tired this week!
